So many results that aren't mine?

References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Aflatoksinler, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus parasiticus ve Aspergillus nomius gibi küfler tarafından üretilen, gerek insanlar gerekse hayvanlarda toksik etkiler gösteren maddelerdir. Bu maddeler, uygun sıcaklık ve nem koşullarında çeşitli bitkisel ürünlerde ve tahıllarda oluşabilmektedir. Aflatoksinlerin süt ve ürünlerindesık rastlanan türü aflatoksin M1’dir. Bu çalışmada aflatoksinlerle ilgili genel bilgiler, aflatoksin M1’in toksisitesi, süt ve ürünlerine geçiş yolları, süt ve ürünlerinde aflatoksin M1 düzeyinin azaltılması ve çeşitli süt ürünlerindeki miktarları gibi konular incelenmiştir.
