Patient was discharged from the clinic uneventfully under oral warfarin sodium treatment on postoperative 7th day.On postoperative first and third month follow-up with doppler USG, there were normal flow parameters in popliteal and distal pedal arteries.Timing of surgical treatment in sympthomatic patients with popliteal artery aneurysms has a crucial role in saving limb and decreasing amputation rates.
