So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Popliteal artery aneurysms are the most frequent pheripheral artery aneurysm type.In this case we present a huge popliteal artery aneurysm with thrombosis.58 years old, male patient admitted to clinic with complaint of feeling of numbnesss and cold beside intermittant claudication with 100m and diagnosis of popliteal aneurysm with thrombosis (95mm) was confirmed with CT angiography. The patient underwent surgical correction with posterior approach with PTFE graft interposition under unfractioned heparin theraphy(1000IU/h). Patient was discharged from the clinic uneventfully under oral warfarin sodium treatment on postoperative 7th day.On postoperative first and third month follow-up with doppler USG, there were normal flow parameters in popliteal and distal pedal arteries.Timing of surgical treatment in sympthomatic patients with popliteal artery aneurysms has a crucial role in saving limb and decreasing amputation rates.
