The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between career stress and self-efficacy beliefs of vocational high school students within the scope of differentiating role of demographic variables. The study of working group consisted of 287 vocational high school students. As tha data collection tools, Career Stress Scale, Self-Efficacy Scale and Personal Information Form were used. Analyze the data, hierarchical regression analysis, correlation analysis, t test for independent samples , Anova test, frequency, factor and reliability analyzes were used. According to the results of the research, there was a significant and negative relationship between Career Stress and its sub-dimensions and Self-Efficacy Belief. Career Stresses of the students were found to be average and self-efficacy beliefs were high. It was concluded that the students experienced Career Stress most intensively in dimensions of Finding Job, Career Uncertainty and Lack of Information, External Conflict. It was found that the effect of Career Stress dimensions on Self-Efficacy Belief did not significantly differentiate between Gender, Class and Work Status variables.
