Pozitif basınçlı solutma uygulaması kullanımı kolay ve etkinliği yüksek bir uygulama olmasına rağmen hastane öncesi alanda bilinci açık solunum yetmezliği olan hastalarda sıklıkla kullanımından kaçınılmaktadır. Özellikle Astım, Kronik obstrüktif akciğer hastalığı, Akut Akciğer ödemi vb. durumlarla ortaya çıkan Solunum yetmezliklerinde bozulan pulmoner gaz değişiminin düzeltilmesinde kullanımı gerekebilir. Hastane öncesi acil sağlık çalışanları solunum yetmezliğini tanımlayabilmelidir. Solunum yetmezliğinde olan vakaya sağlanacak etkin müdahale, bozulan alveoler hemodinaminin hızlı şekilde düzelmesini sağlayabilecektir. Bu olgu sunumunda amaç, hastane öncesi acil bakımda bilinci açık solunum yetmezliği olan vakalarda pozitif basınçlı solutma uygulamasının etkinliğinin değerlendirilmesidir.
Although the positive pressure breathing application is easy to use and the effectiveness is a high application, it is often avoided to use in patients with open respiratory failure in the pre-hospital area of consciousness. Especially asthma, chronic obstructive lung disease, acute pneumonia, etc. It may need to be used in the correction of the pulmonary gas exchange that is deteriorated in respiratory disorders. Pre-hospital emergency health workers should be able to identify respiratory failure. The effective intervention to the case of respiratory failure will be able to ensure the rapid recovery of the deteriorated alveoler hemodynamics. The objective in the presentation of this phenomenon is to evaluate the effectiveness of the positive pressure breathing application in cases with awareness open respiratory failure in pre-hospital emergency care.
