Functional Pulmonary Atresia (FPA) is a rare clinical condition. In the newborn period, pulmonary valve can not open completely when the pulmonary artery pressure higher than the right ventricle pressure. FPA have to be differentiated than anatomic pulmonary atresia in which ventricules are intact, because of different treatment strategies. In this article, two FPA cases were presented. They admitted to the hospital with cyanosis. One of them was determined anatomically as normal and the other one had Ebstein Anomaly.
