İLERİ EVRE UTERİN KARSİNOSARKOMDA UZUN SÜRELİ HASTALIKSIZ SAĞKALIM

Abstract:

Postmenopozal kanaması olan 61 yaşındaki hastanın endometrial biyopsisinde malignite saptanması üzerine evreleme cerrahisi yapıldı. Frozen incelemede serozaya kadar ulaşmış tümör, sarkom olarak bildirildi. Patolojik inceleme sonucunda mikst mülleriyan tümör (mikst mezodemal tümör, karsinosarkom) pelvik ve paraaortik lenf nodu tutulumu gözlendi. Hastaya adjuvan pelvik ve intrakaviter radyoterapi verildi. İleri evre uterin karsinosarkomlarda 5 yıllık sağkalım düşüktür. Hastanın 96 aylık izleminde hastalıksız sağkalımı sürmektedir. Bu sağkalım, cerrahi ve katkısı tartışmalı olmakla birlikte adjuvan radyoterapi ile sağlanmıştır.
