Title: CARDYOVASKÜLER SYSTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM SISTEM As health and disease demands increase, people’s spiritual expectations are also increasing. Spiritual care studies are focused on chronic diseases, critical diseases such as cancer, and the spiritual direction of patients in the terminal period. Oysaki KVS patients experience fear of death, anxiety, life anxiety, stress and emotional discomfort. These periodic crises they experience cause them to experience depression, therefore they increase their hospitalization and mortality rates. Spiritual care that is given to these patients can reduce or prevent depression, make it easier to deal with the disease and its effects, and improve the quality of life. Although the importance of spiritual care has increased in all areas in recent years, there is no study that includes the needs of individuals with KVS disease. The aim of this study is to evaluate patients who are fighting KVS diseases according to their spiritual needs and to emphasize their needs for spiritual care.
