The main purpose of this study was to reveal middle school 8th grade students’ difficulties with the graph drawing, reading and interpreting about photosynthesis topic. Sample of the study comprises of 76students at 8th grade in the middle school. A test consisting of 16 multiple-choices question items and three open-ended question items were used to collect data. The quantitative and qualitative data obtained from the test revealed that the students had difficulty and misconceptions with drawing, reading and interpreting of graphs. From the students’ drawings of graphs related to the open-ended test items, it was also determined that there were a few misconceptions about graph drawings.
