Jant sektörü fiziksel zorlanmaların yoğun olduğu ve bu nedenle de çalışanlarda kas iskelet sistemi rahatsızlıklarının oluştuğu sektörlerden biridir. Bu çalışmada, bir jant fabrikanın üretim atölyesinde 4 tezgahta işçilerin maruz kaldıkları fiziksel zorlanmaların tespiti ve azaltılması için iyileştirme önerileri geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. İşletmenin üretim süreci incelenmiş, zorlanmaların en fazla olduğu yıkama, kıvırma, torna ve pres tezgahlarında, REBA ve QUEC yöntemleri ile ergonomik risk değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. İki tezgah için riski azaltacak iyileştirme önerileri geliştirilmiştir. Yıkama, kıvırma, torna ve presleme işlemleri için REBA skorları, sırasıyla, 11, 6, 7 ve 11 QEC değerleri %85,22, %65,34, %68,18 ve %77,27 elde edilmiştir. Yapılan ergonomik iyileştirme önerileri sonucunda yıkama ve presleme işlemlerinin REBA skorları 4 ve 5 QEC değerleri %57,95, %69,31 düzeye indirilebilmiştir. Çalışanlara daha sağlıklı bir çalışma ortamı sağlamak için önerilerin maddi boyutunun yerine getirilebilir düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir.
The jant industry is one of the sectors where physical difficulties are intense and therefore the workers have muscle-skeletal disorders. In this study, the aim was to develop improvement recommendations for the detection and reduction of physical difficulties faced by workers in the 4 factories at a jant factory’s production workshop. The manufacturing process of the enterprise has been studied, the most difficulties have been made in the washing, welding, turning and press factory, the ergonomic risk assessment with the REBA and QUEC methods. Recommendations for healing are developed to reduce the risk for two plants. For washing, curving, turning and pressing processes; REBA scores, respectively, 11, 6, 7 and 11; QEC values were achieved by 85,22, 65,34, 68,18 and 77,27%. As a result of the ergonomic improvement recommendations, the washing and pressing processes; REBA scores 4 and 5; QEC values were reduced to 57.95, 69.31%. It has been determined that the material dimension of the recommendations is at a fulfillable level to provide employees with a healthier working environment.
The rim industry is one of the sectors where physical exposures are intense and therefore workers have musculoskeletal disorders. In this study, it is aimed to develop improvement suggestions to determine and reduce the physical strains that workers are exposed to in four machines in manufacturing workshop of a rim factory. The production process of the plant is examined. In the washing, bending, lathe and press machines where transports and strains were much more and ergonomic risk assessments were made with REBA and QEC methods. The improvement proposals to reduce the risks were suggested for two operations. Risk scores were 11, 6, 7 and 11 for REBA, and %85.22, %65.34, %68.18 and %77.27 for QEC methods for washing, bending, lathe and press operations. As a result of the ergonomic improvement suggestion made, operation’s risk score levels 4 and 5 for REBA; %57.95, %69.31 for QEC methods. It has been determined that the financial dimension of the suggestions can be fulfilled to provide a healthier work environment for the employees.
