Yüce Allah ilk insan/Âdem ile eşi/Havva’yı cinsiyet bakımından birini diğerinden üstün kılmadan eşit bir şekilde yaratmış ve her iki cinsin yaratılışının nefs-i vâhide denen aynı öz/cevherden olduğunu bildirmiştir. Buna rağmen müfessirlerin pek çoğu İsrailiyat kaynaklı bazı rivayetleri kullanmak suretiyle ilk insanın eşi/Havva’nın bizzat Âdem’in eğri kaburga kemiğinden yaratıldığını iddia etmişlerdir.
God created the first man/Adam and his wife/Havva in a equal way without making one superior to the other in terms of gender, and the creation of both genes is from the same self/jewel called the nefs-i vâhide. Nevertheless, many of the inspectors claimed that the first man’s wife/Havva was created from Adam’s curved cavity. This belief has been widely accepted in the Islamic tradition over time. As a result of the consideration of the superiority criteria of some different aspects of men’s physical power, including the curvature expressed in these rivers, women were perceived as second-class beings. This understanding has resulted in women’s disrespect and loss of value over time. But the Supreme God has imposed its limits on the plan of the universe which he has set, and the responsibilities that men and women must take according to the characteristics of creation. In this context, we see clearly that the Qur’an and the true Sunnah in women are appreciated at least as men, and that there is no injustice. In this study, it focuses on the grounds of discrimination against women, contributes to the correct understanding of the corresponding messages of the Qur’an and aims to reveal that religions and not cultural accumulation are effective behind the efforts to disrespect women.
Almighty God created the first man / Adam and his wife / Eve equally without regard to any superiority based on sex, and reported that the creation of both sexes was the same essence that named as soul. However, the majority of the exegetes alleged that the first man's wife / Eve was created from Adam's curved rib by using some Israeli narrations. In time, this belief has been quite popular and accepted in Islamic tradition. Women were perceived as second-classentities due to the fact that men are considered as the superiority criterion of some different aspects such as physical power and especially the curvature expressed in the serumors. As a reflection of this understanding, their testimonies are accepted at half rate according to the testimony of the man, and they are seen as the main actor of the sedition in society. This understanding over time has led to the discreditation of women. Yet in the universe plan of Almighty Allah himself, which is defined by his own limits, he imposed duties and responsibilities to women, like men, on the basis of their creation. In this context, we clearly see that women are valued as much as men and that there is no injustice in Qur’an and Islamic circumcision. This study focuses on the reasons for discrimination against women and attempts to understand the related messages of the Qur’an accurately and emphasizes that the cultural accumulation is influential not the religion behind the discursive efforts towards the woman.
