Çalışmamız iktisadi bir zeminde tartışılan prekarya kavramının genel bir çerçevesini sunmaya daha sonra da Standing’in içerisine göçmen ve sığınmacıları da yerleştirerek bir sınıf statüsünde sunduğu prekaryanın göçmenlik ile ilişkisini irdelemeye çalışacaktır. Son olarak da prekarya ve göçmenlik olgusu arasındaki ilişki bağlamında prekaryanın bir sınıf değil varoluşsal bir durum olduğu gösterilecektir.Bu anlamda tanım-lanmasında güvencesizliğin kritik bir konum edindiği prekaryanın ikti-sadi bir zemine oturtulmasının sorunun anlaşılmasında perspektif kay-masına sebebiyet verdiği, sorunun iktisadi tanımlamaları da içeren da-ha geniş bir zeminde varoluşsal bir problemi işaret ettiği ifade edile-cektir. Çalışmamız esnasında iktisadi sınıfsal tartışmaların odağında bulunan prekarya tanımı, bu tartışmalardan faydalanılarak incelenmek-le birlikte bu tartışmaları incelemesinin odağına yerleştirmemekte-dir.Her ne kadar ekonomi temelli sınıfsal bir inceleme zemininde ele alınsa dahi prekaryanın iktisadi ilişkileri aştığı, çağımız insanının ya-şam ve düşünce düzeyinde varoluşsal kaygılarını barındıran geniş bir zeminde ele alınmasının gerekliliği üzerinde durulacaktır. Bu hali ile ekonomik ve sosyal haklardan yoksunluğun getirdiği güvencesizlik du-rumunda ele alınan prekaryanın, modern dünyanın içinde bulunduğu sü-rekli değişim ve akışkanlık halinin toplumun tüm katmanlarını saran bir belirsizlik ve esneklik üretmesinden kaynaklandığı ifade edilecektir.
Our study will try to present a general framework of the precaria concept discussed on an economic ground and then the Standing will put immigrants and refugees into a class status, trying to explore the relationship of the precaria that it offers with immigration. In the context of the relationship between the precaria and the immigration phenomenon, it will be shown that the precaria is not a class, but a existential situation.In this sense, the definition of uncertainty is a critical position in which the precaria is placed on an equal ground in the understanding of the problem causes the perspective to go on, the problem also includes economic definitions, and it will be expressed that it is a existential problem in a broad ground. The precaria definition, which is at the heart of economic class discussions during our study, is to be studied by taking advantage of these discussions, but not to place these discussions at the heart of the study.Even if it is addressed on the ground of a class study based on the economy, it will be focused on the need for the precaria to be addressed on a broad ground where the economic relations exceed, the human being of our age has its existential concerns at the level of life and thought. The precarion addressed in the du-rum of uncertainty brought by the absence of economic and social rights will be expressed as a result of the constant change and fluency of the state in the modern world producing uncertainty and flexibility that encompasses all layers of society.
Our study will try to present a general framework of the concept of pre-cariat discussed on an economic basis, and then the study will examine relationship of immigrant and the precariat in which Standing placed immigrants and asylum seekers and presented in a class status. Finally, it will be shown that the precariat is not a class but an existential con-dition in the context of the relationship between precariat and the phe-nomenon of immigration. In this sense, it will be stated that placing the precariat, in which precariousness has taken a critical position in its definition, on an economic ground causes perspective shift in unders-tanding the problem, it points to an existential problem on a wider ba-sis including economic definitions. In our studty process the definition of precariat, which is at the center of the economic class discussions, is examined by making use of these discussions, it does not place these discussions at the center of the analysis. Even if it is handled on the ba-sis of economy-based class analysis, it will be emphasized that the pre-cariat transcends economic relations and the necessity of addressing this on a wide basis including existential concerns at the life and tho-ught level of the people of our age. It will be stated that precariat, which is dealt with in the precariousness caused by lack of economic and social rights, is caused by the constant change and fluidity of the modern world that produces an uncertainty and flexibility that encompasses all layers of society.
