Erguvan (Cercis siliquastrum), manolya (Magnolia soulangeana), söğüt yapraklı ispir (Spiraea salicifolia), Japon ayvası (Chaenomeles japonica ), filbahri (Philadelphus coronarius saxifragaceae), leylak (Syringa vulgaris), oya ağacı (Lagerstroemia indica) ve gülhatmiden (Alcea rosea) alınan yeşil çeliklerin köklenme performansı üzerine IBA uygulamasının etkisi incelenmiştir. Erguvan çeliklerine 8000 diğer türlerden alınan çeliklere ise 2000 ppm IBA uygulaması yapılmıştır. Erguvan çelikleri hem kontrol hem de 8000 ppm IBA uygulamasında düşük oranda ( % 6 ve % 10) bir köklenme başarısı göstermiştir. Japon ayvasında da IBA uygulamasına rağmen düşük ( %33) oranından köklenme olmuştur. 2000 ppm IBA uygulaması ile manolyada % 100, söğüt yapraklı ispirde % 97.7, filbahride % 67.7, leylakta % 73.7, oya ağacından % 61 oranında köklenme elde edilmiştir. Gülhatmi çelikleri ise hem hormon uygulamasında hem de kontrol uygulamasından % 100 oranında köklenme başarısı gözlenmiştir. IBA uygulamaları manolya, Japon ayvası, filbahri, leylak ve oya ağacı çeliklerinde kök sayısından önemli artışlara neden olurken, gülhatmi çeliklerinde kök sayısını azaltmıştır

The effect of the IBA application on the root performance of erguvan (Cercis siliquastrum), manolya (Magnolia soulangeana), spiraea salicifolia (Spiraea salicifolia), Japanese bean (Chaenomeles japonica), wheat (Philadelphus coronarius saxifragaceae), leylak (Syringa vulgaris), oya tree (Lagerstroemia indica) and smithm (Alcea rosea) is studied. In the Erguvan steel, 8000 other types of steel were obtained and 2000 ppm IBA app was made. The Erguvan steel has shown a low (6% and 10%) root success in both control and 8000 ppm IBA application. In Japan, the IBA has been rooted by a low (33%) rate despite its application. With 2000 ppm IBA application, manolyada is 100 percent, spinal sheet is 97.7 percent, filbahride is 67.7 percent, leylata is 73 percent. 7% of the roots were made from the oya tree. The rocks have been observed 100% success in both hormone application and control application. The IBA applications have reduced the number of roots in manolya, Japanese ash, elephant, leylak and oya tree steels, while significant increases in the number of roots in manolya, Japanese ash, elephant and oya tree steels.
