Çanakkale Halk Bahçesi’ndeki Aydınlatma Donatılarının Enerji Verimliliği Açısından Optimizasyonu

Abstract:

Yapılaşmanın yoğun olarak görüldüğü kentsel alanlarda insanların, günlük yaşam içinde doğa ile etkileşim kurabildikleri ve kaliteli zaman geçirebildikleri yeşil alanlara ihtiyaçları bulunmaktadır. Kentsel yeşil alanların büyük bir kısmını oluşturan parkların gündüz kullanımlarının yanı sıra gece kullanımlarının da sağlanması önemlidir. Parkların gece kullanımları ise ancak doğru ve nitelikli aydınlatma sistemi çözümleri ile mümkündür. Bu araştırmanın amacı, Çanakkale kent merkezinde yer alan Halk Bahçesi’ndeki aydınlatma donatılarının mevcut durumlarının enerji sarfiyatının değerlendirilmesi, ekolojik ve ekonomik açıdan daha verimli hale getirilmesi için gelecekte yapılacak iyileştirme çalışmalarına öneriler getirilmesidir. Araştırma kapsamında öncelikle yetkililerden projeler ve teknik bilgiler elde edilmiştir. Bu bilgiler doğrultusunda, alan çalışması yapılarak mevcut aydınlatma donatılarının durumu değerlendirilmiştir. Değerlendirmeler sonucunda, mevcut sistemin günlük enerji tüketimi ve maliyeti tespit edilmiştir. Ardından günümüz teknolojik sistemlerinin kullanıldığı, ekolojik ve ekonomik faydalar sağlanacağı öngörülen yeni bir çalışma sistemi önerilmiştir. Önerilen yeni sistem ile mevcut günlük enerji tüketiminin ve maliyetinin 4 kat oranında düşürülebileceği ve uygulamanın amorti süresinin yaklaşık 135 gün olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

Abstract:

In urban areas where construction is widely seen, people need green areas where they can interact with nature in their daily lives and spend quality time. It is important to ensure that parks that make up a large part of the urban green spaces are used during the day as well as night use. The night use of parks is only possible with proper and quality lighting systems solutions. The purpose of this research is to provide recommendations for improvement work to be done in the future in order to evaluate the energy consumption of the current conditions of the lighting equipment in the People's Garden located in the center of the city of Çanakkale, and to make it more ecological and economic efficient. In the framework of the research, initially projects and technical information were obtained from authorities. According to this information, the field work has been carried out to assess the status of the existing lighting equipment. As a result of the assessments, the daily energy consumption and cost of the existing system has been identified. Then a new work system was proposed, which is predicted to provide ecological and economic benefits, where today’s technological systems are used. The proposed new system concluded that the existing daily energy consumption and cost could be reduced by 4 times and the application’s amortious duration was approximately 135 days.

Night use of parks is only possible with correct and qualified lighting system solutions. The aim of this research is to evaluate the energy consumption of the Public Garden's lighting equipment in the city center of Çanakkale and to make suggestions for future improvements in order to make it ecologically and economically efficient. Within the scope of the research, projects and technical information were obtained from the authorities. In line with this information, the field study was conducted and the status of the existing lighting equipment was evaluated. As a result of the evaluations, the daily energy consumption and cost of the existing system were determined. Then, a new working system is proposed, in which today's technological systems are used and foreseen to provide ecological and economic benefits. With the proposed new system, it has been concluded that the current daily energy consumption and cost can be reduced by 4 times and the amortization period of the application is approximately 135 days.
