Trichomoas vaginalis was found to be alive in CPLM and TB diets until the sixth and seventh day, and in InPouch TV diets until the twelfth day. It was found that the parasites multiplied more intensely and faster in the InPouch TV and TB diets, while in the CPLM diets they watched a normal journey. CONTRIBUTION and RESULT: The result of our study was positive in three different cultural environments taken to the study, for example, four (4%) of the 100 patients who were given vaginitis to the clinic. The most suitable culture in terms of vaginalis isolation and identification is the InPouch TV in terms of the length of life of trophosites in culture, if the isolation period is short.
