Abstract:

Mobile health applications are spreading on a daily basis in a time when technology is rapidly developing. The healthcare facilitates users with mobile health applications to be awarenessful, how to use medications, dating with the smartphone, evaluation, diagnosis and access to radiological images. Obesity, chronic diseases or their precursors can also be monitored from a distance with these applications. Study is associated with an university in the educational research hospital T.C. The Ministry of Health has been made in order to reveal the awareness of the e-Nabiz application by the hospital staff. The survey form used as a data collection tool was created using the survey forms used by Ekiyor (2017) and Karahisar (2018) and the survey forms used by Karahisar. The survey form consists of a total of 37 questions, including 5 questions containing sociodemographic information, the state of use of the e-Nabiz application in mobile health and private, the benefits of using the application, 15 questions containing the development of health services and 17 questions with recommendations regarding the e-Nabiz. The study included 37.8 per cent of the hospital employees (n=906). 38,5% of participants are between the ages of 26-35 years. 39.6% are nurses and 10.3% are doctors. 21.7 percent said they use a mobile health application other than e-Nabiz. 68.9% of participants are aware of the e-Nabiz application. 51.2% of the respondents said they did not use the e-mail app. In view of the reasons why I used the app, 28% said they didn’t find time to get a password, while 26.2% said they didn’t get an e-Nabiz training. 49.4 percent of participants said the use of the app will reduce health expenses in Turkey, 36.9 percent said they don’t know that the e-Nabiz app contains current data, 61.5 percent said they don’t know that the doctors were scored in the e-Nabiz app, and 36.4 percent said they don’t know about the protection of personal health information. There was a significant difference between the age and occupational groups of the participants and the knowledge of the e-Nabiz application and the use of the application (July0,05). Although the reliability of the e-Nabiz application is questioned, it is believed that the application could help create the health archives of individuals and reduce health expenditure by preventing repeated examinations.
