Damla Sulama Sistemlerinde Kullanılan Farklı Süzme Geometrisine Sahip Disk Filtre Elemanlarında Yük Kayıplarının İncelenmesi

Abstract:

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, damla sulama sistemlerinin filtrasyon ünitelerinde yaygın olarak kullanılan disk filtrelerde yer alan farklı süzme geometrisine sahip disk filtre elemanlarının, filtrede meydana gelen yük kayıplarına etkilerinin incelenmesidir. Materyal ve Metot: Çalışmada, farklı firmalar tarafından imal edilen, farklı süzme etkinliğine sahip doğrusal yivli ve dalgalı tipte süzme yapısına sahip disk filtre elemanları kullanılmıştır.  Denemelerde farklı özellikteki bu disk elemanları aynı filtre gövdesi içine ayrı ayrı yerleştirilmiş ve farklı su geçiş debilerinde yük kayıpları ölçülmüştür. Bulgular: Debi-yük kaybı ilişkileri dikkate alındığında, dalgalı tip süzme yapısına sahip disk filtre elemanlarının aynı debi koşullarında doğrusal yivli süzme yapısına sahip disk filtre elemanlarına göre daha düşük yük kaybına neden olduğu saptanmıştır. Sonuç: Çalışma sonuçları filtre elemanı seçiminin, sulama sisteminin işletme enerjisi üzerinde önemli derecede etkili olduğunu göstermektedir.

Investigation of Head Losses in Disc Filter Elements with Different Leaching Geometry Used in Drip Irrigation Systems

Abstract:

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to study the effects of the disc filter elements with different flush geometry found in the disc filters commonly used in the filtering units of the dropling systems on the loss of load in the filter. Material and Method: In the study, different companies manufactured, disc filter elements with linear and wave-type welding structure with different welding effects were used.  In the trials, these disc elements of different characteristics were separately placed in the same filter body and the burden loss in different water passing tubes was measured. Results: In consideration of the depth-weight loss relationships, the disc filter elements with the wave-type depth structure have been found to cause lower load loss than the disc filter elements with the linear depth structure in the same depth conditions. Results: Work results show that the selection of the filter element has a significant impact on the operating energy of the irrigation system.

Objective: The objective of this study was to determine the head losses due to different type of disc filter elements used in drip irrigation systems, commonly. Material and Methods: In this study, different disc filter elements with linear grooved and curly grooved manufactured by different companies and having different filtering efficiency were used. In the experiments, each disc filter element type was placed separately into the same filter body and the head losses were measured at different water flow rates. Results: Considering the flow - head losses relationships, lower head losses were obtained in the disc filter elements having the curly grooved type filter structure compared to the disc filter elements with linear grooved filter structure in the same flow rate conditions. Conclusion: The results of the study show that the selection of the filter element is a significantly effective parameter on the operational energy of the irrigation system.
