Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) is to indwell a tube through abdominal wall into the stomach of patients who can not swallow orally for enteral feeding long term. In this paper we present indications and early or late term complications of PEG we encounter in our surgery unit. 25 patients underwent PEG procedure. The most common indication of PEG was cerebrovascular disorder in 15 (60%) patients.Of them, 18 were discharged, 7 were died of different causes during hospital stay. No major comlication was seen. Peristomal infection was the most common complication in early period but the tube occlusion in the late period.
