To analyze the research questions, the parametric tests such as t-test and stepwise regression analysis techniques are utilized. The results showed that there is no gender difference on the professional job satisfaction. In addition, stepwise regression analysis indicated that the only school working period is significant and valid predictors of the professional job satisfaction.
