Abstract:

This study was carried out in the years 2017-2018, with the aim of determining their performance in the circumstances of Kırşehir, taking into account the phenological observation and pomological characteristics of the Mondial Gala, Red Chief, Golden Delicious, Braeburn and Granny Smith apple varieties vaccinated on MM.106 semi-bodium apple mother. In the study, as phenological observations; crop burning, crop explosion, the first flowering, full flowering and the end of the flowering dates and harvest dates were determined. As the pomological characteristics are: the weight of the fruit (g), the length and length of the fruit (mm), the quantity of the dry substance soluble in the water (SCM), the hardness of the fruit meat (kg cm-2), the pH, the number of seeds (ad) and the weight of the seeds (g), the length and thickness of the fruit (mm) and the color values. In phenological observations; in 2018 the flower spots were found to wake up about a week earlier than in 2017. In the reviewed varieties; fruit weight, 163.31-215.00 g, fruit dust 71.10-77.33 mm, fruit length 63.20-71.26 mm, CKM% 11.16-15.41, fruit meat hardness 4.72-6.14 kg cm-2, pH 3.31-4.03, seed number 6.75-9.35 pieces, seed weight 0.35-0.59 g, fruit dust length 24.80-35.87 mm, fruit dust thickness 1.79-2.74 mm, fruit top ground color L value 19.50-78.86, a value -21.01-43.24, b value varied between 10.10-51.24. Given the phenological observations and the pomological characteristics, the study of the Mondial Gala, Red Chief, Golden Delicious, Braeburn and Granny Smith apples varieties has been found to be in accordance with the ecological conditions of Kırşehir.
