This research was conducted to compare the motivation and self-efficacy levels of the trainees who use information technologies in non-formal education. The research was carried out in the screening model and was carried out with the participation of 262 trainees benefiting from non-formal education in Ereğli district of Konya in 2019. At the end of the research, the motivation levels of the trainees for information technologies did not differ in terms of gender, marital status, age group and being a computer at home; education status, monthly income and time spent at the computer were found to differ significantly. In addition, the level of self-efficacy of the trainees towards information technologies does not differ in terms of gender, marital status, age group, monthly income and being a computer at home; It has been determined that it significantly differentiated in terms of education level and average time spent on the computer. In addition, a significant relationship between the motivation and self-efficacy levels of the trainees towards information technologies and the significant effect of motivation on self-efficacy were determined.
