Covid-19 pandemisinden en çok etkilenen alanlardan biri de ekonomi ve çalışma yaşamı olmuştur. Pandeminin etkilerini azaltmak ve yayılımını önlemek amacıyla birçok önlem, kısıtlama, tedbir alınmakta ve bu uygulamalar çalışma yaşamını derinden etkilemektedir. Esnek çalışma, ücretsiz izin, uzaktan online çalışma, çalışma süresinin kısaltılması gibi uygulamalar bu dönemde yaygınlaşmaktadır. Alınan tedbirler ve yeni çalışma biçimleri bireylerin gelir kayıpları yaşamalarına yol açarak ekonomilerini kötü etkilemektedir. Bu makalenin amacı Covid-19 pandemisi ve etkileri sebebiyle gittikçe artan çalışan yoksul kesiminin ihtiyaçlarını ve sorunlarını ortaya koymak, bu kesimin görünürlüğünü artırarak sorunlarının fark edilmesini sağlamak ve bu bireylerin ihtiyaçlarına yönelik hizmetlerin üretilmesine katkı sağlamaktır. Çalışma sonucunda pandemi sürecinde pandeminin yayılımı azaltmak üzere alınan tedbir ve önlemlerin çalışan yoksul kesiminin artmasına sebep olduğu ve bu kesime yönelik hizmetler, uygulamalar ve politikaların olmaması veya yetersiz olmasının bu bireylerin sorunlarını çok boyutlu hale getirerek daha da derinleştirdiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
One of the areas most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic was the economy and work life. Many measures, restrictions, and measures are taken in order to reduce and prevent the effects of the pandemic spread, and these practices have a profound impact on the work life. Applications such as flexible work, free leave, remote online work, shortening of working time are becoming widespread during this period. The adopted measures and new forms of work have a negative impact on their economies, causing individuals to experience income losses. The objective of this article is to reveal the needs and problems of the increasingly working poor sector due to the Covid-19 pandemic and its effects, to ensure that their problems are recognized by increasing the visibility of this sector and to contribute to the production of services to the needs of these individuals. The study concluded that the measures and measures taken to reduce the spread of pandemic during the pandemic process have caused the increase in the working poor sector and that the lack or lack of services, practices and policies toward this sector has further deepened the problems of these individuals by making them multi-dimensional.

As a result of the study, it was concluded that the measures and measures taken to reduce the spread of the pandemic during the pandemic process caused an increase in the working poor and the lack or inadequacy of services, practices and policies for this segment made the problems of these individuals multidimensional and deepened even more.
