Abstract Hydrotherapy applications contribute to meeting the physiological and psychological needs of individuals and the development of social behaviors. The aim of the study is to reveal the effect of hydrotherapy awareness levels and customer quality perceptions on the quality of life of tourists participating in hydrotherapy applications. Within the scope of the study, it is aimed to increase participation in hydrotherapy practices by measuring the effect of hydrotherapy awareness and customer quality perception on the quality of life of tourists. The application area of the study is hotels, SPA establishments and hydrotherapy centers where hydrotherapy is applied in Antalya. A survey form was applied to collect study data. In the analysis of the data, t test, ANOVA, correlation and regression analyzes were used with the SPSS package program. As a result of the study, tourists' awareness of hydrotherapy differed according to marital status, age, education level and income level, but there was no difference according to gender, nationality and the reason for choosing the hydrotherapy activity. Tourists' perception of customer quality differed according to gender, marital status and income level, but there was no difference according to age, nationality, educational status and the reason for choosing the hydrotherapy activity. Tourists' quality of life differed according to marital status, nationality, education level, income level, and reason for choosing hydrotherapy activity, but there was no difference according to gender and age. Tourists' hydrotherapy awareness levels and customer quality perceptions positively affect their quality of life.
