KAYNAŞTIRMA EĞİTİMİNE İLİŞKİN ÖĞRETMEN GÖRÜŞLERİ

Abstract:

  Bu araştırmanın amacı, kaynaştırma eğitimi uygulamalarına ilişkin öğretmenlerin görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmış çalışmaları, bulgularına dayalı olarak meta-sentez yöntemi ile incelemektir. Bu çalışmanın verileri, meta-senteze dâhil edilme ölçütlerini sağlayan ve 2007-2017 yılları arasında 20 farklı üniversitede ve 25 farklı branş öğretmeniyle gerçekleştirilen 33 lisansüstü tezden elde edilmiştir. Tezlerin çalışma gruplarında yer alan öğretmenlerin toplam sayısı 2506’dır. Çalışmaların seçiminde Yüksek Öğretim Kurulu (YÖK) Ulusal Tez Tarama Merkezi veri tabanından yararlanılmıştır. Bu çalışmada cevap aranan sorular ve dâhil etme ölçütleri doğrultusunda, tezlerde yer alan nicel ve nitel bulgular kodlanarak 8 ana tema ve bunlara bağlı olarak belirlenen alt temalar eşliğinde meta-sentez çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada ulaşılan sonuçlar, öğretmenlerin, büyük bir bölümünün kaynaştırma eğitimi ile ilgili bilgi sahibi olmadıkları, sınırlı düzeyde uyarlama çalışması ve işbirliği yaptıkları ve kaynaştırma eğitimine uygun fiziksel donanım imkânlarına sahip olmadıklarına işaret eden bulgulara ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca, öğretmenler tarafından yapılan önerilerde, kaynaştırma eğitiminin ayrı okul ve sınıflarda yapılması gerektiğinin sunulması araştırmanın diğer sonuçları arasında yer almaktadır. Ulaşılan sonuçların yapılacak çalışmalara ışık tutacağı düşünülmektedir.

Teachers' Opinion Relationship with Source Education

Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to study the studies carried out in order to determine the opinions of teachers on the practice of coaching education, based on their findings by the meta-synthetic method. The data of this study is obtained from 33 sub-graduate theses, which provide meta-synthetic inclusion criteria and were carried out at 20 different universities and 25 different branch teachers between 2007 and 2017. The total number of teachers in the work groups of the theses is 2506. In the selection of the studies, the Higher Education Board (YÖK) National Thesis Scanning Center has taken advantage of the database. In this study, according to the questions that are sought for answers and the criteria of inclusion, the qualitative and qualitative findings contained in the theses have been coded and the meta-senthetic study has been carried out accompanied by 8 main themes and sub-themes determined according to them. The results obtained in the study have found that a large portion of teachers have no knowledge of the coaching training, have limited levels of adaptation work and cooperation, and have no physical equipment adequate to the coaching training. Furthermore, in the recommendations made by teachers, the presentation that coaching training should be done in separate schools and classes is among the other findings of the research. It is believed that the results will keep the light on the work to be done.

Abstract:

The aim of this research is to analyze the studies made about the opinions of teachers on inclusive education and to identify the results of them with meta-synthesis method. The data of this study is obtained from 33 postgraduate theses which made in 20 different universities and with 25 different branch teachers between 2007 and 2017 together with providing criterions including meta-synthesis. Total number of teachers taking part in working groups of theses is 2506. Council of Higher Education (CoHE) National Thesis Screening Center database was used in the selection of the studies. In this study, there are 8 main themes and relating subthemes with encoding qualitative and quantitative data in accordance with questions looked for answers and including criterions. According to research data, a large part of teachers do not have any knowledge about inclusive education, a large number of them do not make any revision in learning and corporation, they are the deficiencies of physical conditions. Additionally, there are some necessities to be done in other results of research such as: doing inclusive training in different school and classes by teachers. There are a number of proposals in the direction of the results.
