Bu çalışma ile Malatya’da (Kenar Semt, Şehir İçi, Çevre Yolu, Sanayi ve Şaynahan Beldesi) olmak üzere beş farklı bölgeden Morus alba L. (Akdut) bitkisine ait yaprak ile meyve ve yetiştikleri bölgeden toplanan toprak örneklerinde (Zn, Pb, Co, Ni, Fe, Cu, Cr, Mn, Al, Cd) ağır metallerin birikimi araştırılmıştır. Öncelikle, toplanan bitkiye ait yaprak örnekleri yıkanmış ve yıkanmamış olarak ayrılmıştır. Sonrasında bütün örnekler, laboratuvarda kurutma, yıkama ve toz haline getirme gibi ön işlemlerden geçirildikten sonra ağır metal konsantrasyonları ICP-MS cihazında analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler, SPPS 22 İstatistik Paket Programı’nda istatistiksel olarak karşılaştırdıktan sonra bölgeler arasında önemli ölçüde farklılıklar olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bölgeler arasında genel bir değerlendirme yaptığımızda ise çevre yolu ile sanayi bölgelerinden toplanan örneklerdeki ağır metal konsantrasyonunun diğer bölgelere göre daha yüksek seviyede olduğu belirlenmiştir. Özellikle, toprak örneklerinde bazı ağır metallerin birikiminin dikkat edilmesi gereken düzeylerde olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
With this study, the accumulation of heavy metals from five different regions in Malta (Kenar Semt, City Inside, Environmental Road, Industry and Shaynahan Beldesi) with the leaves of the Morus alba L. (Akdut) plant and fruit and land samples collected from the region they raise (Zn, Pb, Co, Ni, Fe, Cu, Cr, Mn, Al, Cd) was studied. First of all, the leaf samples of the gathered plant are divided into washed and unwashed. All the samples were then analyzed in the ICP-MS device after pre-processing such as drying, washing and dusting in the lab. The data obtained was statistically compared in the SPPS 22 Statistical Package Program and there were significant differences between the regions. When we make a general assessment between the regions, we have found that the concentration of heavy metals in samples collected from the environmental and industrial areas is higher than in other regions. Especially, in soil samples, the accumulation of some heavy metals has been found at levels to be observed.
The accumulation of heavy metals (Zn, Pb, Co, Ni, Fe, Cu, Cr, Mn, Al, Cd) on Morus alba L. (Akdut) leaf, fruit and other accompanied growth things, and in soil samples collected from five different localities such as (Suburban, City Center, Roadside, Industrial area and Şaynahan) in Malatya was researched in this study. First, collected leaves of the plants were separated as washed and unwashed. Then, all the samples had been pretreated such as washing, drying, powdering and heavy metal concentrations were analyzed in ICP-MS device. Obtained data was compared statistically and significant differences were determined between the regions SPSS 22 Statistical Package Program. When we evaluate the localities in general, it is determined that the heavy metal concentrations from the samples in beltway and industrial zone are at higher levels. Especially from the samples in soil, it is seen that the accumulation of heavy metals is at noteworthy levels.
