Abstract:

The pilot decision-making procedure is a method developed to meet repeated applications arising from systematic problems. Initially, the Committee of Ministers was incorporated into the system with decisions. It was later replaced in the legislation with the internal regulation amendment in 2011. In the implementation of the pilot decision, the measures to be taken in solving the systematic problem are identified. AIMM may order the implementation of the measures set out in the provisions of the pilot decision within a certain period of time. Depending on whether or not the necessary measures are taken, the continuation of the process will be different. The decision to drop from the record, which has recently become part of the pilot decision process, is quite remarkable. The historic development of this and so-called process, the foundations, the characteristics that distinguish from other methods, the given pilot decision examples have been the subject of place discussion or praise. For the purpose of dealing with the pilot decision method, this study has been presented in examples of decisions taken by the pilot decision procedure.
