Purpose: This study was carried out in the Middle Black Sea area in order to determine the prevalence of congenital dental deficiencies found in permanent teeth in children of twenty-year-old teeth except. Materials Method: In this study, 996 children (460 girls, 536 men) of 6-12 years of age who apply to the Faculty of Dental Medicine of the University of Army's Oral Dental and Chronicle Surgery department examined panoramic radiographs. The Chi-square test was applied to analyze the frequency of congenital tooth cuts between the gender and between the lower and upper spine. Results: The study found the prevalence of congenital permanent tooth deficiency at 7.3 % (for girls 6.5 % and for men 8 %) and statistical differences by gender were not observed. The most frequent deficiency was observed as the lower second small minor, the upper side cutting and the upper second small minor with the order of the teeth. Dental deficiencies in four separate halves gave very close values to each other and the dental deficiencies in the opposite halves were symmetrical. The result: We believe that prevention of dental and scalp disorders that may occur in the future of early detection of congenital permanent dental deficiencies will be easier with early measures and treatment.
