Bu çalışmanın amacı, pandemi döneminden olumlu etkilendiği düşünülen BİST Bilişim sektöründe yer alan şirketlerin finansal verileri kullanılarak PROMETHEE yöntemiyle bu şirketlerin 2019 ve 2020 yılı finansal başarı ölçümlerini yapmaktır. Performans değerlendirmede Satışların Maliyeti / Hasılat, Esas Faaliyet Giderleri / Hasılat, Esas Faaliyetlerden Diğer Giderler / Hasılat, Finansman Giderleri / Hasılat olmak üzere 4 maliyet oranı ile Esas Faaliyet Karı yada Zararı / Hasılat, Vergi Öncesi Kâr yada Zarar / Hasılat ve Dönem Kârı yada Zararı / Hasılat olmak üzere 3 kârlılık oranı kriter olarak kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, 2019 ve 2020 yılındaki en başarılı 3 şirket sırasıyla ARDYZ, LİNK VE FONET; performans sıralamasında son iki şirket ise her iki yıl için de ARMDA ve NETAŞ olmuştur. 2019 yılında 15. sırada yer alan ALCTL şirketinin 2020 yılında büyük bir performans göstererek 5. sırada yer alması ise en dikkat çekici sonuç olmuştur. Ayrıca pandemi öncesine (2019) göre, pandemi dönemi (2020) tüm şirketlerin, tüm kârlılık oranlarının ortalamalarında büyük bir artış yaşandığı sonucuna da ulaşılmıştır.
The aim of this study is to make financial success measurements of these companies in 2019 and 2020 with the PROMETHEE method by using the financial data of the companies in the BIST IT Sector, which are thought to be positively affected by the pandemic period. In the performance evaluation, 4 cost ratios as Cost of Sales / Revenue, Main Operating Expenses / Revenue, Other Expenses / Revenue from the Main Activities, Financing Expenses / Revenue and 3 profitability ratios as Principal Operating Profit or Loss / Revenue, Pre-Tax Profit or Loss / Revenue and Period Profit or Loss / Revenue were used as criteria. As a result of the research, the 3 most successful companies in 2019 and 2020 were ARDYZ, LINK and FONET, respectively The last two companies in the performance ranking were ARMDA and NETAŞ for both years. The most striking result is that ALCTL, which ranked 15th in 2019, showed a great performance and ranked 5th in 2020. It was also concluded that compared to the pre-pandemic (2019), all companies experienced a great increase in the average of all profitability rates during the pandemic period (2020).
