Abstract:

Mokuhanga, which means "wood printing", is a Japanese printing technique made with water-based ink, wraping and drilling tools, using Japanese paper and thin tanel tree. Mokuhanga, a water-based printing method, aims to plan a graphic image, transfer the main lines to one or more wooden blocks, scrap and print. It includes traditional printing techniques, printing machines, oil-based ink and toxic solvents. Mokuhanga also uses only a few simple vehicles, a small work area and fully water-based moulders. Mokuhanga differs in three ways from traditional wood printing. The use of water-based ink, the application with a brush, the use of a hand held bar for printing. In the Mokuhanga printing, coloring is done in the desired places using up to seven different patterns in a row with the kento signs drawn directly to the blog. The purpose of this article is to ensure that the Mokuhanga Printing Technique, which began to be applied in the 17th century, combines its innovative features, its unique beauty and technical values to keep a light to the artists working in the colorful tree printing technique.
