Bazı Üriner Sistem Taşlarının X-Işını Toz Kırınım Yöntemi ile Nitel Analizi

X-Işını toz kırınım yöntemi ile on iki farklı hastadan alınan üriner sistem taşlarının nitel analizleri yapıldı. İncelenen üriner sistem taşları Ege Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesinden temin edildi. Numuneler agat havanında toz haline getirilip difraktometrede incelemeye alındı. Difraktometrede nikel filtre kullanıldı. Deney sonunda alınan desenler EVA programında incelendi ve elde edilen veriler yardımıyla numuneler içindeki maddeler belirlendi. Toz kırınım desenlerinden elde edilen veriler Hanawalt metoduna göre değerlendirilerek, örneklerin yapılarına giren maddeler nitel olarak tayin edildi. Analiz sonucu numunelerde uric acid, whewellite, weddelite gibi bileşiklere rastlandı. Bu çalışmayla üriner sistem rahatsızlıklarına sebep olan taşların X-Işını toz kırınım yöntemi ile içeriklerinin saptanabileceği gözlemlendi.

Qualitative analysis of some uriner system stones with the X-work dust breakdown method

Abstract:

Qualitative analyses of urine system stones taken from twelve different patients with the X-work powder breakdown method were performed. The examined urine system stones were provided from the University of Ege Medical School Hospital. The samples were converted into dust in the agat air and taken for examination in the difraktometer. Nickel filter was used in the diffractor. The patterns received at the end of the experiment were examined in the EVA program and the materials in the samples were identified with the help of the obtained data. The data obtained from the dust breakdown patterns were evaluated according to the Hanawalt method, and the substances that entered the structures of the samples were determined as qualitative. The analysis resulted in samples found compounds such as uric acid, whewellite, weddelite. With this study, it was observed that the stones that cause urine system disorders can be detected by the X-work powder breakdown method.
