So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Şanlıurfa İl merkezindeki ortaokullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin örgütsel yaratıcılık ile yönetsel etkililik algıları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Araştırma, 330 kişiden oluşan bir örneklem üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada, öğretmenlerin örgütsel yaratıcılık ve yönetsel etkililik algılarının genel olarak orta düzeyde olduğu, erkek öğretmenlerin kadın öğretmenlere kıyasla daha yüksek örgütsel yaratıcılık algısına sahip olmasına karşın, yönetsel etkililik algı düzeyinin kadın öğretmenlerde daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonunda ayrıca, örgütsel yaratıcılık ve yönetsel etkililik arasında pozitif yönde yüksek düzeyde bir ilişki olduğu ve örgütsel yaratıcılığın yönetsel etkililiğin anlamlı bir yordayıcısı olduğu sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.

the aim of this research is to examine the relationship between organizational creativity and administrative perceptions in secondary schools in the center of the twentieth century. the research was conducted on a sample consisting of 330 people in a research conducted in the general middle level of the perceptions of organizational creativity and administrative effectiveness of the teachers of the male teachers have higher organizational creativity perception compared to women’s teachers. the research finally achieved a high level of relationship between organizational creativity and managerial effectiveness in the positive direction, and a meaningful organization that is a meaningful organization influencing the results of a positive relationship between organizational creativity and administrative effectiveness
