Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to educate stakeholders (learners, teacher candidates, academics, etc.) It is to develop a scale aimed at determining the skills to use Turkish teaching methods and techniques and to study the skills of Turkish teachers to use Turkish teaching methods and techniques according to different variables. The work group of the research carried out in the screening model, 2018-2019 educational year, forms a total of 233 Turkish teachers, including 148 women and 85 men, who teached and participated voluntarily in the research in the secondary schools throughout Turkey. The developed scale is 5 type of liquid and consists of 4 factors (work combination, invention, presentation and research examination teaching) and 26 items. For the structural validity of the measurement, the opening factor analysis (AFA) and the verifying factor analysis (DFA) were performed. The scale’s work-associated teaching factor contains five items and the factor load values of the materials range from .832 to .689. Through the discovery of the scale, the teaching factor includes twelve items, and the factor load values of the materials range from .770 to .489. Through the presentation of the scale, five items are included in the teaching factor, and the factor load values of the materials range from .735 to .644 . Through the research examination of the scale, four items are included in the teaching factor and the factor load values of the materials range from .701 to .532 . The Cronbach α reliability ratio of the measurement was determined as .802 and a high internal consistency was achieved.
