Bu çalışmanın amacı konuşma becerisinin eğitimi konusunda Türkçe öğretmenlerinin nelere dikkat etmeleri gerektiğine dair likert tipi geçerli ve güvenilir bir öz yeterlik ölçeği geliştirmektir. 354 Türkçe öğretmenine uygulanan ölçeğin yapı geçerliğine ilişkin bulgular, açımlayıcı faktör analizi ile sağlanmış ve 38 maddeden oluşan tek boyutlu bir yapı ortaya çıkmıştır. Ölçeğin iç tutarlık (güvenirlik) Cronbach Alfa değeri .94 olarak saptanmıştır. Nicel analiz sonuçlarına göre “Konuşma Becerisi Eğitimine İlişkin Türkçe Öğretmenlerinin Öz Yeterlik Ölçeği” olarak geliştirilen ölçme aracının, Türkçe öğretmenlerinin öz yeterliklerini ölçmede kullanılabilecek, geçerli ve güvenilir bir araç olduğu belirlenmiştir.
The aim of this study is to develop a valid and reliable Likert-type self-efficacy scale about what Turkish teachers should pay attention to in the education of speaking skills. The findings regarding the construct validity of the scale, which was applied to 354 Turkish teachers, were obtained by exploratory factor analysis and a one-dimensional structure consisting of 38 items emerged. The Cronbach alpha internal consistency (reliability) value of the scale was determined as .94. According to the results of the quantitative analysis, it was determined that the measurement tool developed as “The Turkish Teachers’ Self-Efficacy Scale on Speaking Skills Education” is a valid and reliable tool that can be used to measure the self-efficacy of Turkish teachers.
