So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Mitral kapak replasmanı geçirmiş bir multipl serebral nokardia abse olgusu nedeniyle literatür incelenerek bu tür abselerde tanı, tedavi ve mortaliteyi etkileyen nedenler tartışılmıştır. Serebral nokardia abselerinde erken tanı ve drenaj sonrası yeterli süre uygun antibiotik kullanımı mortaliteyi azaltan başlıca faktörlerdir. Sunulan olguda drenajı takiben bir aylık oral trimethoprim ve sulfametaxozole kombinasyonu tedavisi ile kür sağlanmıştır.
