Introduction and Target: Forklift operators using the forklift work machine used in heavy load lifting and logistics work may be exposed to some physical risk factors such as vibration and temperature. The vibration and temperature caused by the Forklift engine has been determined in this study that the increase in heat in the scrotal area and the impact of circulation in the scrotal area at the macro and micro levels may cause the operator’s sperm production and movement functions to be negatively affected. Method and Requirements: Scientific the necessary ethical permission to do this research was obtained from the Ethical Board of Istanbul Gedik University. In this study, a total of 140 forklift operators who work in different sectors and are married in civil conditions and 140 employees who work in the same conditions but are not forklift operators were surveyed using the SPSS 21.0 package program using the quarterly independence method. In the study, the demographic characteristics of the employees with the same total of 280 forklift operators and non-forklift operators, most of the employees are 35-45 years old, weighing 60-79 kg, heighting 170-179 cm, 25-29,9 kg/m2 unit mass index range, mostly smoking but not drinking, their educational levels are mostly at the primary school level, hearing loss is not mostly but not forklift operators are mostly experiencing employment accidents and statistical analyses have been found. RELATED AND RESULTATED: The results of the survey and statistical studies have found significantly that forklift operators have high reproductive health problems (p<0,05) depending on their working conditions and demographic characteristics.
