Bu makalede, bir boyutlu kesme ve ana malzeme seçimi problemi ele alınmıştır. Bu problemin matematiksel modelinin kurulması ve çözülmesindeki temel zorluklarından biri, kesme planlarının parametre kümesi olarak kullanılmak istenmesidir. Oluşturulması gereken kesme planlarının toplam sayısının çok fazla olması, hem kesme planları kümesinin oluşturulmasını hem de problemin çözüm sürecini oldukça zorlaştırmaktadır. Bu makalede, söz konusu problem için önceden kesme planları kümesi oluşturulmaksızın, yeni bir üç amaçlı matematiksel model önerilmiştir. Amaç fonksiyonları, kesme kayıpları (fire), farklı ana malzeme türü sayısı ve talep fazlası kesilen ürün miktarları minimize edilecek şekilde formüle edilmiştir. Geliştirilmiş olan matematiksel model için çözüm algoritması sunulmuş ve hem model hem de algoritma test problemleri üzerinde yorumlanmıştır.
In this article, the problem of a size cutting and the choice of the main material was addressed. One of the fundamental challenges in the establishment and resolution of the mathematical model of this problem is the desire for cutting plans to be used as a set of parameters. The fact that the total number of cutting plans to be created is too much makes the creation of a set of cutting plans and the process of solving the problem quite difficult. In this article, a new three-purpose mathematical model is proposed, without creating a set of pre-cutting plans for the issue concerned. Purpose functions, cutting losses (fire), the number of different main material types and demand excess cutting product quantities are formulated to be minimized. A solution algorithm for the developed mathematical model has been presented and interpreted on both model and algorithm testing problems.
