Bu çalışmada Co(II), Cu(II) ve Ni(II) metallerinin 4-karboksibenzaldehit ve pirazin ile üç adet kompleksi sentezlendi. [M(C8H5O3)2(C4H4N2)(H2O)2]n (Co(II), Cu(II), Ni(II)) kapalı formülüne sahip eş yapılı olan komplekslerin yapısı elementel analiz ve FT-IR spektroskopisi sonucunda karakterize edildi. Yapıları karakterize edilen komplekslerin Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 27853), Klebsiella pneumoniae (ATCC 4352), ve Escherichia coli (ATCC 25922), gram pozitif Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC) 6538) bakteri türlerine karşı antibakteriyel özellikleri araştırılmıştır.

[M(C8H5O3)2(C4H4N2)(H2O)2]n (Co(II), Cu(II), Ni(II)) closed formulas have been characterized by elementary analysis and FT-IR spectroscopy. The antibacterial properties of the complexes characterized by the structures were studied against the types of bacteria of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 27853), Klebsiella pneumoniae (ATCC 4352), and Escherichia coli (ATCC 25922), gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC) 6538.
