Abstract:

Örgütlerin amaçlarına rasyonel kaynak kullanımı ile ulaşabilmelerinde, yüksek düzeyde bağlılık gösteren çalışanların varlığı yadsınamaz. Çalışanların örgüt ile bütünleşerek, örgütün amaç ve değerlerini benimsemesinin, örgütsel başarısı için çaba göstermesinin ve örgütte çalışmayı sürdürme isteğinin ölçüsü örgütsel bağlılık ile yakından ilişkilidir. Çalışmanın amacı, çalışanların kurumlarına bağlılık derecesini etkileyen faktörler ve bu faktörlerin demografik özeliklerle ilişkisini belirleyebilmektir. Bu amaçla, konu ile ilgili kaynakların incelemesi ve alan araştırması yapılmıştır. Araştırma kısmında, Karabük Üniversitesi'nde görev yapan akademik ve idari personelin kuruma olan bağlılık düzeyleri üç boyutta ölçülmüştür. Çalışmada yüz yüze anket aracılığıyla elde edilen veriler; sayı ve yüzde, Cronbach’s Alpha, One Sample T testi, Independent Samples T testi, One Way Anova ve Post Hoc Gabriel Testi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Sonuçlar, akademik ve yönetici idari personelin duygusal bağlılık ve normatif bağlılık boyutlarında ileri düzeyde bağlılığa sahip olduklarını, devam bağlılığı boyutu üzerinde ise önemli düzeyde bağlılıkları olduğunu; memurların, akademik ve yönetici idari çalışanlara kıyasla tüm boyutlarda daha az düzeyde örgütsel bağlılıklarının olduğunu göstermektedir

Abstract:

When organizations are able to their objectives through the rational use of resources, the presence of employees with a high level of commitment cannot be denied. The measure of employees integrating with the organization, adopting their goals and values, striving for their organizational success, and the desire to continue working in the organization is closely related to organizational commitment. The aim of the study is to determine the factors that affect the degree of commitment to the employees’ institutions and the relationship of these factors with demographic characteristics. For this purpose, the sources related to the subject were examined and field research was carried out. In the research section, the level of commitment to the institution of academic and administrative staff working at Karabük University was measured in three dimensions. The data obtained through the face-to-face survey in the study were analyzed using numbers and percentages, Cronbach’s Alpha, One Sample T test, Independent Samples T test, One Way Anova and Post Hoc Gabriel Test. The results show that academic and managerial administrative staff have an advanced level of commitment to the dimensions of emotional commitment and normative commitment, and that they have a significant level of commitment to the dimensions of continued commitment; officials have a lower level of organizational commitment to all dimensions than academic and managerial administrative staff.

There is no denying the existence of employees who demonstrate a high level of commitment in achieving organizations goals through rational use of resources. Organizational commitment is closely related to the measure of the employees ability to integrate with the organization, to adopt the organization's goals and values, to strive for organizational success and to continue to work in the organization. The aim of the study is to determine the factors affecting the degree of commitment of employees to their institutions and their relationship with demographic characteristics. To this end, a survey of the relevant sources and field research was conducted. In the research section, the loyalty levels of academic and administrative personnel working at Karabük University were measured in three dimensions. The data obtained through the face-to-face questionnaire were analyzed using number and percentage, Cronbach's Alpha, One Sample t test, Independent Samples T test, one way ANOVA and Post Hoc Gabriel Test. The results show that academic and executive administrative staff have an advanced level of commitment in the dimensions of emotional commitment and normative commitment, while on the dimension of continued commitment they have a significant level of commitment; it shows that officers have fewer levels of organizational commitment in all sizes compared to academic and executive administrative employees
