Bu araştırmada Kocaeli Bilim Merkezin’ de yer alan Dinamik Dünya ve Algı ve Gerçeklik galerilerindeki düzeneklerin 2018 Fen Bilimleri Dersi Öğretim Programı ile karşılaştırılarak incelenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda düzeneklerin fen bilimleri öğretim programı kazanımlarını sınıf düzeyi, konu alanı ve ünite bakımından hangi oranda kapsadığının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç kapsamında çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden biri olan doküman analizi yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında doküman olarak 2018 fen bilimleri öğretim programı ve Kocaeli Bilim merkezinde yer alan düzenekler kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda bilim merkezinde yer alan düzeneklerin büyük çoğunluğunun öğretim programında yer alan kazanımlar ile uyumlu olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Kocaeli Bilim Merkezi'ndeki Algı ve Gerçeklik galerisindeki programla ilişkilendirilen düzeneklerin 7. sınıf düzeyi ışığın soğurulması ünitesi Dinamik Dünya galerisindeki düzeneklerin ise 5. sınıf düzeyi insan ve çevre ünitesi kazanımları ile daha uyumlu olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte her iki galeride yer alan düzeneklerin fen bilimleri öğretim programında yer alan Fiziksel Olaylar konu alanına ait kazanımları çoğunlukla temsil ettiği saptanmıştır.
This study aims to study the arrangements in the dynamic world and perception and reality galleries located in Kocaeli Science Center compared to the 2018 Science Course Teaching Program. In this direction, the objective of the arrangements is to determine how much the achievements of the science curriculum are covered in terms of class level, subject area and unit. In this context, the method of document analysis, which is one of the quality research methods in the study, was preferred. The research has been used as a document in the 2018 science curriculum and the arrangements found in the Kocaeli Science Center. The research finds that the vast majority of the arrangements in the science center are in line with the achievements in the curriculum. The arrangements associated with the program in the perception and reality gallery at Kocaeli Science Center; the light cooling unit of the 7th grade; the arrangements in the Dynamic World gallery; the 5th grade have been determined to be more compatible with the achievements of the human and environmental unit. However, it is found that the arrangements in both galleries mostly represent the achievements in the subject field of physical events included in the science curriculum.
