Özet:

Problem Statement: Development of human industrial activities without additional environmental protection measures, namely the proper treatment of wastewater, discharge of effluents led to inadequate industrial and urban treated or untreated, which resulted in impaired quality of watercourses by the appearance of a wide range of contaminants: organic substances readily biodegradable pesticides, organochlorine aliphatic and aromatic derivatives, oil products. Romania's EU accession involves compliance with commitments, implementation plan set out in Directive 76/464/EEC and "daughter directives" on pollution caused by certain dangerous substances discharged into the aquatic environment, developing pollution reduction programs in the industrial units and that their gradual implementation, in order to "total technical compliance". Purpose of Study: The paper presents measures of Best Available Techniques to eliminate the danger of pollution by dangerous substances discharged into the wastewater treated envoy. Methods: We use : EQS- Environmental Quality Standards; ELV- Emission Limit Values for evacuation pollutants in the aquatic environment; Directive76/464/EEC and "daughter directives" on dangerous substances pollution for waters; national programs. Findings and Results: We developed the measurements of strategic directions to reduce pollution, each relating to a different group of substances: reduction of heavy metals in discharges, pesticides in discharges, chlorinated solvents waste water evacuated, agents for impregnating wood waste water evacuated, discharges of chlorine in sewage. For environmental quality and quality of discharges emissions we describe the steps of the BAT for waste water industry chemical process technologies. Conclusions and Recommendations: The target objective is to reduce pollution and the elimination of hazardous substances pollution.
