Abstract:

This study was conducted in order to identify the mediation role of organizational support perceived in the relationship between employment and self-respect in employees. To obtain the research data, a survey form was applied to 200 employees working in a public hospital in the province of Çorum. In the survey form, three separate scales, including demographic questions, were used to measure employment, organizational support and self-respect in hospital employees, validity and reliability analyses used widely in our country studies. The data obtained has been subjected to specific analysis in the SPSS program. The result of the study is that the organizational support perceived in the relationship between enjoyment of work (sub-dimension of self-respect) and self-love (sub-dimension of self-respect), the relationship between enjoyment of work (sub-dimension of self-respect) and self-sufficiency (sub-dimension of self-respect) and the relationship between self-love (sub-dimension of self-respect) and self-love (sub-dimension of self-respect) is part of the role of mediation, and the organizational support perceived in the relationship between self-sufficiency (sub-dimension of self-respect) and self-sufficiency (sub-dimension of self-respect) is part of the role of mediation.
