Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Nedenli Eylem Teorisi (TRA) ve Teknoloji Kabul Modeli (TAM) kapsamında ele alınan tutum-niyet ve davranış modelinden de hareket edilerek satın alma davranışının öncüsü olan niyet üzerinde ilgilenimin etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Bu çalışma Sosyal Yargı Teorisine temellendirilmektedir. Çalışma kapsamında ilgilenim ilgi, hedonik değer, sembolik değer, algılanan risk ve hata olasılığı olmak üzere beş boyutlu bir şekilde ele alınmaktadır. Çalışmada, ilgilenim ölçeğinde yer alan boyutların ayrı ayrı davranışsal niyete olan etkileri ölçülmektedir. Yapısal Eşitlik Modellemesi ile AMOS ve SPSS paket programları kullanılarak araştırma modeli analiz edilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın temel bulgusu, genç tüketicilerin ilgilenim düzeylerinin davranışsal niyet oluşumları üzerinde etkili olmasıdır.

The impact of interest levels on the development of the behavioral intentions of young consumers in the perspective of social justice theory

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to reveal the influence of interest on the intention, which is the pioneer of purchasing behavior, by moving from the attitude-intention and behavior model addressed within the framework of Cause Action Theory (TRA) and Technology Admission Model (TAM). This study is based on the theory of social justice. Interest in the study is treated in a five-dimensional way, including interest, hedonic value, symbolic value, perceived risk and error probability. In the study, the effects of the dimensions in the scale of interest are measured to separate behavioral intentions. The research model has been analyzed using the AMOS and SPSS package programs with structural equality modeling. The main conclusion of this study is that the interest levels of young consumers have an impact on the formations of behavioral intention.
