STAJ İLE MESLEKİ BAĞLILIK ARASINDA İLİŞKİ: BİR ODAK GRUP ÇALIŞMASI

Staj bir işe başlamadan önce işin genel yapısı ve işleyişi ile ilgili öğrencilere bir yol haritası oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı zorunlu staj eğitimini tamamlayan öğrencilerin staj sürecinde elde ettikleri tecrübelerinin bankacılık ve sigortacılık alanında teorik bilgi ve becerilerini uygulamaya yansıtıp yansıtamadıklarını incelemek, mesleki bağlılık, mesleki beklenti ve gelecek üzerindeki etkilerini değerlendirmektir. Selçuk Üniversitesine bağlı iki farklı meslek yüksekokulu “Bankacılık ve Sigortacılık” programı öğrencilerinden iki ayrı grup oluşturularak nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden odak grup görüşmesi ile çalışma analiz edilmiştir. Katılımcılara odak grup görüşmesi kapsamında yöneltilen soru ve alınan yanıtlar neticesinde staj ile mesleki bağlılık noktasında güçlü bir ilişkinin olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Staj yapan öğrenciler mesleki bilgi ve tecrübe anlamında birçok değişkeni yakından görerek mesleki bilinç oluşturmaktadırlar.

Relationship between the stage and the professional relationship: a focus group

The internship creates a roadmap for students about the overall structure and functioning of the work before starting a job. The aim of this study is to study whether the experience of students who complete the compulsory internship training they gain in the internship process can reflect their theoretical knowledge and skills in banking and insurance, to evaluate their professional commitment, professional expectations, and their impact on the future. Two different professions associated with Selçuk University "Banking and Insurance" program students have been analyzed with two separate groups of research methods of qualification by focusing group interviews. The question addressed to the participants in the framework of the focus group interview and the received answers resulted in a strong relationship in the stage with the professional commitment point. Students who practice create professional awareness by looking closely at many variables in terms of professional knowledge and experience.

Two separate groups were formed from the students of the "Banking and Insurance" program of two different vocational schools affiliated to Selcuk University, and the study was analyzed by focus group interview, which is one of the qualitative research methods. As a result of the questions asked to the participants within the scope of the focus group interview and the answers received, it was understood that there is a strong relationship between internship and professional commitment. Internship students create professional awareness by closely seeing many variables in terms of professional knowledge and experience.
