So many results that aren't mine?

Al2014 Alüminyum Alaşımının Delinmesinde İtme Kuvvetinin Sonlu Elemanlar Yöntemi İle Analizi

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Al2014 alüminyum alaşımının kaplamasız sementit karbür takım ile delinmesi sonucunda itme kuvvetinin deneysel ve simülasyon sonuçlarını kıyaslamaktır. Deneysel çalışmada, farklı seviyelerde kesme parametreleri (kesme hızı ve ilerleme miktarı) kullanılarak delme işlemi yapılmıştır. Kesme kuvveti için nümerik analizler, sonlu elemanlar yöntemine dayalı çözümleme yapan ThirdWave Advantedge simülasyon programıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda, deneysel olarak ölçülen kesme kuvveti ile simülasyon sonucunda elde edilen kuvvet değerleri arasında ortalama %8’lik bir fark olduğu belirlenmiş ve sonlu elemanlar modelinin uygulanabilirliği kanıtlanmıştır.

Al2014 Analysis with the Method of End Elements of Strength Strength in Aluminum Alimentation

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to compare the experimental and simulation results of the push force as a result of the Al2014 aluminum alloy's uncoverable cement carbide set. In the experimental study, the cutting process was done using cutting parameters at different levels (cutting speed and progress amount). Numeric analysis for the cutting force was carried out with the ThirdWave Advantedge simulation program, which is based on the final elements method of resolution. The study found that there was an average difference of 8% between the experimentally measured cutting force and the strength values obtained by simulation and the applicationability of the final elements model was proven.
