Bu araştırma raylı sistemler programlarında eğitim alan ve stajlarını tamamlamış öğrencilerin staj yaptıkları kurum yetkilisi tarafından doldurulan staj değerlendirme formlarındaki ölçütlere dayalı olarak staj başarı durumlarının incelenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Amaç doğrultusunda 2018-2019 Öğretim Yılında Eskişehir Teknik Üniversitesi Motorlu Araçlar ve Ulaştırma Teknolojileri Bölümüne bağlı “Raylı Sistemler Elektrik ve Elektronik Teknolojisi”, “Raylı Sistemler Makine Teknolojisi” ve “Raylı Sistemler Makinistlik” programlarında staj eğitimini tamamlanmış 160 öğrencinin staj değerlendirme formları sayısal olarak bilgisayar ortamına aktarılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda staj değerlendirme formlarında yer alan on farklı değerlendirme kriterine göre öğrencilerin staj eğitimleri staj yaptıkları kurumlardaki yetkililer tarafından oldukça başarılı olarak değerlendirilmiş, kadın ve erkek öğrencilerin staj başarı durumlarında farklılaşma olmadığı saptanmıştır. Öğrencilerin eğitim gördükleri bölüm açısından zaman yönetimi kriterinde farklılaşma saptanmıştır. Raylı Sistemler Makinistlik programı öğrencilerinin zaman yönetimine ilişkin puanları, Raylı Sistemler Makine Teknolojisi ve Raylı Sistemler Elektrik ve Elektronik Teknolojisi programı öğrencilerine göre daha düşük bulunmuştur.
This research was carried out on the basis of the criteria in the stage assessment forms filled by the institution authority in which students who have been trained and completed their stages in the rail systems programs; the purpose of the study of the stage success cases. In accordance with the purpose of the 2018-2019 academic year of the Eskişehir Technical University Motor Vehicles and Transportation Technologies department affiliated "Raylı Systems Electric and Electronic Technology", "Raylı Systems Machinery Technology" and "Raylı Systems Machinery" programs completed the stage training of 160 students' stage evaluation forms are numerically transferred to the computer environment. The results of the analyses; according to the ten different assessment criteria included in the forms of internship assessment, the students' internship training was highly successful assessed by the authorities in the institutions where they were internshiping, and the women and men's students found no differences in internship success situations. Students have a difference in time management criteria in terms of their education. Rail Systems Machinery program students' time management scores have been found lower than students in Rail Systems Machinery Technology and Rail Systems Electrical and Electronic Technology program.
This research was carried out in order to examine the success status of the students who received training in rail systems programs and completed their internship based on the criteria in the internship evaluation forms filled out by the internship institution. In line with this aim, internship evaluation forms of 160 students who completed internship training during 2018-2019 Academic Year in Rail Systems Electrical and Electronic Technology, Rail Systems Machine Technology and Rail Systems Mechanic programs connected to the Department of Motor Vehicles and Transportation Technologies of Eskişehir Technical University, were coded. As a result of the analysis, according to the ten different evaluation criteria in the internship evaluation forms, the internship training of the students was evaluated as quite successful by the authorities in the institutions where they did their internship. It was determined that there was no difference in the internship success status of female and male students. Differentiation was determined in the time management criteria for the department in which the students were studying. The scores of the rail systems of Machinist program students on time management.
