12 Haftalık Core Kuvvet Antrenmanlarının Seçili Bazı Motor Performans Parametreleri ile Futbol Teknik ve Becerileri Üzerine Etkisinin İncelenmesi: Kadın Futbolcular Örneği

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada, 12 haftalık core kuvvet antrenmanlarının kadın futbolcuların denge, sürat, koordinasyon, çeviklik, anaerobik güç, teknik ve becerileri üzerine etkisi araştırıldı. Araştırmaya Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu Kadınlar 3. liginde yer alan ve lige hazırlanan Çanakkale Gençlik Spor Kulübü sporcularından, kontrol grubunda yaş ortalaması 21,63±2,57 yıl, boy ortalaması 1.64±0.03m ve vücut ağırlığı ortalaması 53,45±5,35 kg olan 11 sporcu, deney grubunda yaş ortalaması 23,72±5,17 yıl, boy ortalaması 1,63±0,05m ve vücut ağırlığı ortalaması 56,54±9,51kg olan 11 sporcu olmak üzere toplam 22 A takım sporcusu katıldı. Deney grubuna 12 hafta boyunca haftada 3 gün ortalama 30 dakikalık core kuvvet antrenmanı uygulandı. Kontrol grubu ise olağan futbol antrenmanlarına devam etti. Katılımcıların demografik bilgileri alınarak, vücut kütle indeksleri hesaplandı. Fonksiyonel hareket analizi, flamingo denge, Ilinois çeviklik, Margaria-Kalamen, oturarak top fırlatma, HÜFA yön değiştirmeli koşu ve Mor-Christian genel futbol yetenek testleri uygulandı. Deney ve kontrol gruplarına ön-test, ara-test (8. hafta) ve son-test (12. hafta) uygulandı. Veriler SPSS programında analiz edilerek, gruplar arası karşılaştırmada Mann-Whitney U ve Wilcoxon testleri uygulandı. Sonuç olarak kadın futbolcularda 12 haftalık core kuvvet antrenmanlarının futbolcuların denge, çeviklik ve anaerobik güç özelliklerine etki etmediği, sürat, koordinasyon, teknik ve beceri özelliklerini geliştirdiği saptanmıştır.

In this study, the effect of 12-week core strength training on balance, speed, coordination, agility, anaerobic power, technique and skills of female football players was investigated. Çanakkale Youth Sports Club athletes, who are in the Turkish Football Federation Women's 3rd league and prepared for the league, were included in the study with an average age of 21.63±2.57 years, an average height of 1.64±0.03m, and an average body weight of 53.45±5.35 kg in the control group. A total of 22 A team athletes, 11 athletes with a mean age of 23.72±5.17 years, average height of 1.63±0.05 m and average body weight of 56.54±9.51 kg in the experimental group, participated in the study. An average of 30 minutes of core strength training was applied to the experimental group, 3 days a week for 12 weeks. The control group continued their usual football training. Body mass indexes were calculated by taking the demographic information of the participants. Functional movement analysis, flamingo balance, Illinois agility, Margaria-Kalamen, sitting ball throwing, HÜFA directional running and Mor-Christian general football ability tests were applied. Pre-test, mid-test (week 8), and post-test (week 12) were applied to the experimental and control groups. The data were analyzed in SPSS program and Mann-Whitney U and Wilcoxon tests were applied for comparison between groups In conclusion; It was determined that 12-week core strength training in female football players did not affect the balance, agility and anaerobic power characteristics of football players, but improved speed, coordination, technique and skill characteristics.
