Abstract:

The Bayezid Sanctuary has performed important tasks in the field of flight organizations and logistics support as it is at the end of the Iranian huddle and is also close to the Russian border. In this study will be examined the animal potential of the cattle, as well as the place in which the meat is supplied during the flights. The concept of the Ottoman army will be drawn up. In the light of the official records obtained, it was established that the fees of the exile were either used for the supply of the army’s service and for the fulfilment of the meat needs or were attempted to be transferred to the treasure or were used for the expenses of places considered appropriate by the central government. The state sensitivity of the orders sent from the center on the allocation of the counterfeit fees and the continuous followings resulting from this study was also included. There were difficulties arising from regional differences in timely settlement of the counterfeit prices. In a sanctuary, like Bayezid, where the control and control of the center was controversial, the trouble with the cost of muhallefat was deepening. The border problems with Iran have also made it difficult to manage these end areas. It will be tried to explain by examining the main and first-hand sources of the period in which the Ottoman State is trying to take measures to overcome these challenges. In this regard, from the records provided by the President's Ottoman Archive and from other work done in this area, the state's border policy, the army's commitment and the Bayezid Sanctuary will be discussed in the context of the practices of mutilation.
