Abstract:

Britain did not take Russia against the division of Iran's territories, and continually kept it on its side, preventing it from moving to the south and from the north to India. The agreement, which was based on the division of Iran before the First World War, promised the northern regions of Iran to this state and allocated its southern oil areas to it. In this period, the lack of political administration, which was well destroyed by the legitimacy movement in Iran and made it impossible to work, has facilitated the occupation of these two colonial states. After the discovery of the agreement signed with the British secret diplomacy, the discovery that the independence of Iran is in danger has caused a major reaction of the people, and the balance policy followed by the British is wrong. The policy that began to be followed by Russia has not come to an end. Some officials trying to show the secret agreement of the two states in favour of Iran, pursuing personal interests, have increasingly neglected the independence of their peoples.
