Günümüzün hızlanım dünyasında anlamlar ve yaşam tarzları arasındaki çizgi gittikçe daha da bulanıklaşmıştır. Sınırlar, değerler birçok alanda gün geçtikçe daha çok silinmektedir. Birey artık kendi olma cesaretini de yitirerek yalnızca ‘an’ı deneyimlemektedirler. Teknoloji elbette bu değer yitimini katalize etmektedir ve gittikçe daha az sorgulayan otomat bireylerin varlığı daha çok hissedilmektedir. Bu homojen çoğullaşmada özgül kütle gittikçe azalarak, değer üreten büyük gölgeler yeryüzünden çekilerek yerine bu son zamanın “son insan”ına bırakmaktadır. Günümüzde birçok değerin yanı sıra bilhassa sözün ve onu söyleme cesaretinin de yitimine şahit olunmaktadır. Doğruyu söylemek, açık sözlü olmak mantıksal kapılardan artık kolaylıkla geçememekte, bu da güvenin ve hakikatin toplumsal yıkılışına sebep olabilmektedir. Bu bağlamda günümüzde hakikati açık sözlülükle söylemek artık daha nadir görülmektedir. Kitlesel güvensizliğin artık bir norm olması, dostlukları ve ilişkileri deforme etmektedir. Hakikatin ifşa edil(e)memesi insanın, anlamının gün geçtikçe daha çok kaybolmasına sebep olmaktadır. Karakter aşınmasına sebep olan bu decadence durum tarihsel olarak insanın yitimine direnen muhkem kalelerin de erozyonuna sebep olmaktadır. Zira toplum belirli sözleşmelerle tahkim edilmiştir. Bu sözleşmelerin temelinde güven duygusu ve özgürlük yatmaktadır. Bilindiği üzere özgürlük Kant’ta aklın kategorilerinden biridir. Bu minvalden bakılırsa parrhesia’nın yokluğu, teorik açıdan aklın ilerleyişinin de sekteye uğratılmasıdır. Bu açıdan çalışmada, eski bir soyluluk olan parrhesia kavramı, insanın kendi hatasından dolayı düşmüş olduğu bunalımdan, çökkünlükten kurtulması için bir umut olarak düşünülmüştür. Zira insan yalnızca, durgun suda olduğu gibi, berrak sözlerde kendini ve dahi ötekini görebilir. Bu çalışma, günümüz geç modern insan topolojisi göz önünde tutularak, parrhesia’yı etik insanın varoluşu açısından değerlendirmektedir. Bu açıdan çalışma Nietzsche’nin üstinsan, amorfati, cesaret, dostluk terminolojisini kullanarak, Foucault’nun çeşitli kitaplarında defaatle zikredilen parrhesia kavramını beraber tartışmayı amaçlamaktadır.
In today’s accelerating world, the line between meanings and lifestyle has become more and more foolish. The boundaries, values are increasingly deleted in many areas over the day. The individual is now losing the courage to be himself and experiencing only the 'an'. Technology, of course, catalyzes this loss of value, and the presence of automatic individuals that are increasingly less questioned is increasingly felt. In this homogeneous reproduction, the particular mass is increasingly decreasing, and the great shadows that produce value are pulled out of the earth, instead of leaving it to the "last man" of this recent time. Today, many of the values, as well as the loss of the word and the courage to say it, are witnessed. To say the truth, to be open to speech is no longer easy to pass through the logical doors, which can lead to the social collapse of confidence and truth. In this context, it is now more rare to say the truth in a clear word. The mass uncertainty is now a norm, deforming friendship and relationships. The truth is not revealed, and the meaning of man is increasingly lost. This decadence situation, which causes character degradation, historically causes the erosion of the castles that resist the loss of man. The community has been arbitrated by certain contracts. The basis of these treaties is the sense of confidence and freedom. Freedom is one of the categories of mind in Kant. From this point of view, the absence of parrhesia is the theory of the progress of the mind. In this study, the concept of parrhesia, an ancient nobleship, is considered as an hope to get rid of the depression that man has fallen because of his own mistake. For man can only see himself and even the others in clear words, just as he is in the stable water. This study, taking into account the late modern human topology of today, evaluates parrhesia from the point of view of the existence of ethical man. In this regard, the study uses Nietzsche’s supernatural, amorphate, courage, and friendship terminology to discuss the concept of parrhesia mentioned in Foucault’s various books.
In today's acceleration world, the line between meanings and lifestyles has increasingly become blurred. The borders and values are gradually disappearing in many areas. The individual now loses his courage to be himself and only experience the ‘moment’. The technology, of course, catalyzes this loss of value, and we mostly feel the presence of vending individuals who have questioned less day by day. Considering this homogenous multiplication, the specific mass gradually decreases and the large shadows that produce value are drawn from the earth and gives way to the “last man” of this last time. We witness to the absence of many values, and especially the word and the courage to say it. Telling the truth and speaking fair can no longer go through logical doors, and this can lead to social destruction of trust and truth. Telling the truth forthrightly is more rarely seen today. The fact that the mass distrust is now a norm deforms the friendships and relationships.Failure or disclosure of the truth causes the human to lose the meaning as the days goes on. This decadence which causes the corrosion of character also leads to the erosion of the strong fortresses that have historically resisted against human loss since the society has been arbitrated by certain contracts. The feeling of trust and freedom lies at the heart of these contracts. As it is known, the freedom is one of the categories of understanding of Kant. From this aspect, the absence of parrhesia means theoretically interrupting the progression of reason as well. In this respect, the concept of parrhesia which is old nobility has been considered as a hope for getting rid of the depression, collapse due to the human’s own mistake. The human can only see himself and even the others in clear words, as in still water. The aim of this study is to evaluate parrhesia in terms of the existence of an ethical human being, considering today's late modern human topology. From this point, the study aims to discuss the concept of parrhesia which has been repeatedly mentioned in various books of Foucault by using the terminology of Nietzsche's overman, amorfati, courage and friendship.
