Çevrimiçi Gastronomik Turist Deneyimlerinin İçerik Analiziyle İncelenmesi

Tokat Mutfağı’ndaki en önemli gastronomik lezzetlerden olan Tokat Kebabı’na ait çevrimiçi turist deneyimlerinin incelenmesi bu araştırmanın temel amacıdır. Bu amaca uygun olarak araştırmada, içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Tokat ilinde faaliyet gösteren ve Tripadvisor platformunda yer alan Tokat Kebabı Restoranlarına dair çevrimiçi yorumlar incelenmiştir. Bu inceleme sonucunda en fazla turist yorumu ve görüşüne sahip 5 restoran seçilmiştir. Son olarak seçilen yorum ve görüşlerden Tokat Kebabı’na ait olanlar değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Elde edilen verilere, kelime bulutu tekniği kullanılmıştır. Tokat Kebabı’na ait gastronomik turist deneyimlerinden olumlu ve olumsuz olmak üzere iki adet kelime bulutu oluşturulmuştur. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre, turistlerin Tokat Kebabı hakkında yaptıkları olumlu yorum ve görüşlerin olumsuzlardan daha fazla olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Olumlu yorumların kelime bulutunda, en fazla öne çıkan sözcükler, “lezzetli, doyurucu ve tavsiye” olmuştur. Olumsuz kelime bulutunda ise öne çıkan sözcüklerin, “sert etler, yanık ve pahalı” olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Online Gastronomic Tourist Experiences by Content Analysis

Abstract:

The study of the online tourist experiences of Tokat Kebabı, one of the most important gastronomic flavours in the Tokat Kitchen, is the main purpose of this study. In accordance with this purpose, the research method of content analysis was used. The online reviews of Tokat Kebabı Restaurants operating in the province of Tokat and located on the Tripadvisor platform have been reviewed. This review has selected 5 restaurants with the most tourist reviews and views. The final comments and opinions of those belonging to the Tokat Kebaby were taken to be assessed. For the data obtained, the word cloud technique was used. Two words clouds have been created, both positive and negative, from the gastronomic tourist experiences of Tokat Kebabı. According to the findings of the study, the positive comments and opinions that tourists make about the Tokat Kebaby are more than negative. In the word cloud of positive comments, the most prominent words were "smackful, satisfying and recommended". In the negative word cloud, the prominent words are found to be "hard, burned and expensive".
